Happy Hectic Holidays!

Happy holidays!

I don't know about you, but this fall has felt a little nuts here! I can honestly say that I have never been busier, but also so incredibly blessed! It's been a minute since I sent out an update, so I wanted to let you know what I have been up to, and what your investment (financial, prayer, overall moral support, and more) has gone towards!

My role with The Zambia Project continues to expand, and I am thrilled to be able to do more with this awesome organization. In July and August, I trained to take over some of the financial bookkeeping duties, so I can confidently say that I am living proof that the Lord has a sense of humor. (Throw back to having to take accounting again in college, because it didn't go well the first time...) My extra dose of administrative passion is being put to great use, and I am loving the opportunity to get to work more closely with the team in Zambia!

One of my favorite things about my role is HOPE ART! McKinley loves Hope Art Critters as much as I do! (Image by 828 Church)

I am continuing to help as the Pastor's Assistant, Communications Coordinator, and a Young Professionals Life Group leader at 828 Church, but I am continuing to phase out of my events job more to allow more time to devote to The Zambia Project. This has been a tough transition for my heart, as I have SO much love for this sweet team, and truly cannot thank them more for the experience, support, and love over the past 3.5 years!

Our 828 Young Professionals group hosted a pun party this October!

On a more personal note, Caleb and I were able to take some time off after my incredibly busy season, and prior to his. (Please pray for all delivery drivers. It is heeeectic out there!) We had an amazing time exploring some of the most beautiful places in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada, and despite lots of hiking, we actually felt so well rested! We spent the five days dreaming about the future and reconnecting after not being able to spend much quality time together in the past season. Check out my social media for more pictures of the fun!

As always, thank you so much for your support of this crazy adventure! I am working hard to increase my fundraising for my monthly budget goal each month, so lots of prayer would be appreciated! The Lord has been so good and provided in other ways, but I hope to be able to depend fully on this income in 2022.

Prayer Requests & Praise Reports:

AGAIN, AGAIN!

Caleb and I both have the opportunity to visit Zambia in January, as we accompany our Pastor at 828 Church to The Zambia Project Board meeting! We are VERY excited about getting to actually take this trip together, but the new COVID variant has already thrown us a bit for a loop, so prayers are so appreciated! You can also sponsor Caleb's trip HERE if you feel so inclined!

CHRISTMAS FUN

We officially have Christmas Hope Art in America! Please feel free to reach out if you would be interested in purchasing handmade stockings, ornaments, jewelry, bags, and so much more! Every piece directly impacts and supports impoverished women and orphans in Western Zambia!

FUNDRAISING

I am still looking for monthly sponsors to go on this awesome journey with me! Please pray with me for provision in this area, and that this work will impact the hearts of people who want to invest in the mission and purpose of The Zambia Project. If you know anyone that might be interested, please feel free to let me know! You may also click HERE if you would like to be a part!

Please let me know if you have any questions at all about my role, this organization, or just life in general!
